Fresh, delicious food. Have done takeout a few times and the food is always accurate and packaged very nice. Love this place!

I’ve never had a bad experience myself, the food was always good, you know for a late breakfast, deli kind of vibe, and I’ve come back for years. That’s been my experience!
We like to order curbside bagels in the morning. We call to tell them we are outside for curbside, and nobody picks up the phone. Don’t offer curbside if you wont even answer the phone to bring out the order. Either your phone is broken and you need to do something about it, or your employees are trained not to answer the phone. Either way, something needs to change, this has happened about 4 or 5 times now. Tell your employees to pick up the phone.
This was a very awkward experience. The place is set up so you can order quickly as you go down the line. Thry expect you to know what you want before you come in or they rush you. It was even more odd because they didn't realize I had someone with me and it was my significant other. They separated us in line as they pressure us to get ingredients. The managers were watching over the workers like haws as they are trying to weave around to get ingredients (defeated the purpose of the line) which on both customer and preparation side became inefficient because I had to wait for my date to catch up to me to pay as customers had to go ahead of me. The food was ok though. Coffee wasn't remarkable.
