It was great the service was awesome. They forgot our order because they was super busy and they gave us a full refund and remade the food. I would definitely recommend.
We order regularly from this store. Today, Siri ordered from the wrong location, and so no pizza was ready when I came to pick up my kid's lunch. I bemoaned that I had a tight schedule and asked them to put a rush on it. I ran another errand and returned to Domino's in about 6-7 minutes. The gentleman manning the store saw me turning my car in the parking lot, and brought the pizza outside to me. He knew I was in a hurry and saved me a few minutes. I really appreciated it, and my kiddo enjoyed the pizza.
Domino is good as always. They have followed all the covid safety guidelines. Great customer service and they always smile while serving. I like it.
Avoid Bridge Street dominos if you can. Horrible customer service, and the manager is not very nice. She definitely is not interested in selling pizza.
Gave me the wrong order- tried to file complaint through app and it said to call the store and sat for 15+ minutes and no answer. Just go to a different location this one is awful.nnUPDATE:nOrdered through the app- waited over an hour with nothing. Called the store and was told there is 6 orders in front all to be delivered and would be 2+hours until mine was made.nWhat an absolute joke of a store. Contacted corporate office, fingers crossed they get back to me.
