Employee doesnt wear mask on the numerous times I've visited this place. Not to mention they were busy talking with a friend who had also had no mask on. There's even a clear sign on the door saying its required.
DO NOT patronize this location unless you enjoy being treated like dirt! The 250 pound beached whale manager with the permanent scowl on her face and nasty demeanor is the main reason. After numerous bad experiences at this location I contacted the franchise owner who turned out to be just as worthless. His great customer service solution was for me to go to another True North down the street on Bethel Road. Another location he owns. I would pay triple prices before I would ever step foot in any True North location ever again!
Night Staff never seems happy to help you. They doors lock at night. The gas station across the street doesn't. I started going there. They are nicer and I can help myself to food and drinks when I want them, no matter what the hour.
DO NOT GO HERE I REPEAT DO NOT GO........nnTHIS MERCHANT USES A CARD SYSTEM THAT INSTYANTLY HOLDS $89 ON YOU ACCOUNT. I CALLED THE MERCHANT AFTER THIS HAPPEN AN WAS TOLD THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AS LONG AS IT SHOWS PENDING. SO FOR THE TIME BEING I AM STUCK WITH THE $50 CHARGE FOR THE GAS I GOT PLUS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR $89 idk ABOUT YOU BUT I DONT LIKE GIVING MONEY FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED.
