I come here for lunch sometimes during the week, and they're always fast and accurate. They often have my order memorized and have even had it ready as soon as I approach the counter. Rick and Shayne are assets to the company, and foster an excellent culture of customer service.
I work at the martial arts studio right around the corner so we come here a lot. Every time my order is correct, fast, and served with a smile. Several times they have been extremely busy and still they were smiling and friendly. Whoever is training this staff is doing it right. They are awesome!
The restaurant is small and the place is staffed by teenagers that looked less than happy to be there. The place was moderately busy and they only had one cook which meant a really long wait for food. One order of chicken and 2 tiny sliders (the size of two chicken McNuggets) took 50 minutes to prepare.

Order taker rushed us thru our order, person who gave us our order at the 2nd window NEVER spoke to us and barely looked at us. Then my daughters smoothie tasted like coffee.
