Tried to simply get black coffee and they told me that the coffee machine was broken and the espresso machine was broken. They wouldn't make me a pour over, and the best they could do was offer me a little bit of blonde roast that they had made hours ago that was cold.
This is not the 1st time im disappointed with Starbucks stuff, the stuff is soo slow, ans she jot understans how custumer pay with the cash, and they said cant gave me exchange, and she not explaining why. So i leave them with my money without exchange. Look, starbucks is so big here, right? Iam from Indonesia, but the stuff in Starbucks Indonesia is always better than starbucks he (US) please hire more professional stuff, thanks!
I almost had to walk out before they would clean the table.
You guys put up with the worst people. I appreciate you and all your hard work. The coffee business isn't easy! Kudos team!
The lovely ladies who took my order today were beyond pleasant. I would definitely go back to this Starbucks.
