AMF Sawmill Lanes

Clean, social distancing by having at least one lane between. Score boards were entertaining. Staff was nice and helpful. Affordable

Bowling is good. Lanes are nice and everything runs smooth. Service was rough as the place was packed, every lane was full of bowlers as it was unlimited bowling night. However, you would think they would have more than one server working when there is an event going on. The poor lady did her best but obviously she couldn’t keep up with every table. She doesn’t deserve any blame for the lame night as having just one server working on a busy night is just poor management. I ordered Buffalo wings and I trust that she put the order in right. But she brought barbecue wings to my table and she immediately recognized that there was a mistake. She sent another order back to the kitchen for the correct wings that I wanted and after waiting for forever I asked the server for an update so she went and asked the kitchen. The kitchen worker denied that she had ever seen the ticket and refused to make them for me after the server asked her to make them. The server said she would ask the manager to make them and the manager also refused to make the wings. Shortly after that the kitchen closed so I couldn’t order more food. The server let me know that this is a reoccurring issue with the kitchen worker and I am left to wonder why she still works there if this is the case. The kitchen and management crew is absolutely unprofessional and selfish and show a complete lack of care for there customers. I will go out of my way to bowl anywhere else besides here as long as the kitchen staff and management stays the same.

We decided to have our company Christmas Party at AMF Sawmill, we planned everything out with Bianca. We had originally planned an event with another venue, however with their lack of follow through I was forced to find something else for us to do in the midst of all this social distancing :( slightly last minute, but with enough time for things to get worked out.... luckily. Hanna was AWESOME! She made sure we were all taken care of. Between her, the manager (I forget her name darnit) and the kitchen they had things worked out for our large group seamlessly! Our party was super pleased with how it all went. Thanks again to the crew at AMF Sawmill!

Great time bowling but not covid friendly at all last night. They allowed all lanes to be filled and no way to maintain 6 feet spacing between parties. Standing shoulder to shoulder practically with the person in the lane next to us. I love this place and understand getting all the money you can as a business, but, tables and lanes should be regulated so as to maintain safe distances. I won't be back on Tuesday again.

Everyone was spaced out properly and I didn't feel like it was crowded. My family felt safe and enjoyed our time. Reserving a lane was very easy and convenient.
