Horrible experience from this location and slow response from corporate!nnThe owner 'Steve' was condescending, pompous and overly passive to my issues with ordering from his shop.nnMy order didn’t go through he tells me yet, my card was charged (no longer pending) for the food that I didn’t receive.nnI contacted corporate and am now leaving a review so others might know beforehand that this location lacks true business ethics and professionalism.nnI will no longer order from ANY Jets pizza in the future. I am currently waiting from pizza while writing this review from another restaurant.nnNever again!

Staying out of town. Ordered pizza from here. Horrible experience. The first girl who answered the phone didn't even know how to take an order or what came on the pizzas. Said it would be 45mins to an hour max. I waited until 15 mins past an hour to speak with a manager that told me that the driver was just now leaving as I was talking to them. The delivery driver was the nicest one with the most sense to him. Thank God for him.

This is my new favorite. You get everything you need: quality ingredients, great price and quick service with a smile. I order from here about once a week and they never disappoint. They ALWAYS get my order right.

Pretty good pizza. I tried Jets because of the Bluejackets Promo. If the Jackets score 2 goals, you get a large pizza the next day for 50% off. Use promo code CBJ50.
