Terrible customer service. Very slow. Burnt food twice
The staff do not greet you or say good morning nothing I do not have to give you my business taken me for granted is a mistake. If I say good morning to you a reply is not much to ask. I will more than likely will skip this location.
I accidentally spilled my coffee and they replaced my drink, without asking, even though it was 100 percent my fault. Great customer service! Thanks for making my travels a little less stressful.
Open time s 4.45am, but they always open late around 5am, eventually forming a long queue outside... employees are not even sorry about being late and making everyone wait...
Way too long of a wait. Just filled up my water bottle and move on. This type of airport store should have planning. I waited 15 minutes in line, stil didn't get into the store so I gave up as I said earlier and filled my water bottle. Probably healthier choice but still....?
