the people working were just rude. Kept asking for advice on which shake had toppings and the worker on today around 3 pm just did not want to help at all. I didn’t end up buying anything because i was given constant attitude you should be ashamed.
I went there for the first time today and the lady working was giving off so much attitude as if she didnt want to be there . I was asking for help with the menu and she barely would look at me or guide me. I just walked out cause there was no way i was giving my money to that.
The shakes are good, but if you place an order for the wrong pick-up time, there is no easy way to contact them to correct the time. You can't even cancel the order once it's placed. There should be an easier way to communicate with them in my opinion.
I've been going here for a little over 2 months now. The employees that work there are horrible. I've had 3 encounters now where I've placed a mobile and the order wasn't ready at the time of pickup as it stated and kept me waiting 15 minutes on top of that. Very horrible service will not be returning. You lost a very good customer.
Always an awesome experience! Sam is so sweet and never does a less-than-excellent job!
