Employees and service is always pleasant and efficient. However, if I need to wait out of the line for a fresh sandwich to be made, wouldn't it make sense to bring me fresh fries as well? Just more proof that McDonald's has forgotten how their fries USED to set them apart. Now, getting good, FRESH fries is a surprise when it should be a no-brainer.
I ordered 2 Happy Meals, one had the new Raya toy, the other an old Operation toy. Not cool. Otherwise fine, but I only come for Happy Meals.
I came through tonight to order a coffee and when I came to the window a young man named Cam was taking an order for someone behind me and I could tel they were being a tad rude but he was very nice to them, informing them kindly what the store was out of. They drove off in a fuss but he then served me with a smile and his kindness made my night. I hope the rest of your shift goes well Cam!!:)
Food was good & drive thru was humming. Rounded up bill for Ronald McDonald house. Very good cause.
Dont worry, its not owned by the same person that owns the North Hamilton one. Competent people work here.
