The location inside of Kroger Marketplace in Gahanna, Ohio is fairly well run although at times they could use more experienced staff and more staff in general. They seem to run out of things frequently. Nevertheless, they make my drink well consistently.
So i just picked up an iced toasted white chocolate mocha with blonde expresso and they forgot the freakin toasted white chocolate mocha syrup it tastes like straight coffee and cream!! So gross and I'm so disappointed and i was looking forward to my coffee this morning. I better get a refund they told me i could get later!
Extremely rude!! Apparently making a drink that’s literally on your menu isn’t an option because it’s an inconvenience to the people working. Will report this to Starbucks headquarters.
