rude lady , coffee grounds in my coffee
Everytime I order (the same drink) it's different each time. Idk why. Please also update business hours online and on the app and get employees trained on how to conduct transactions like reversing double charges that they did or refunding money and stars because they close at 5pm now instead of 9pm. No use in giving us the option to order thru the app when it doesnt even provide accurate information.
Don't bother trying to get coffee here in the mornings, you can stand there for 15 minutes and never see anyone working. Go somewhere else and don't waste your time.
Usually come here while I’m shopping. Walked up at 4:02 pm and was told “oh we’re closed.” Sign says open til 8pm. Not sure what’s going on there but probably will just get coffee at the store by my house now instead.
A smaller sized Starbucks, but provides excellent service!
