CVS

The wait at CVS in Hudson Massachusetts is extraordinarily long. When I started filling my disabled mother‘s prescriptions there it used to be a 15 to 20 minute wait now I am quoted one hour. However, most recent visit this past Tuesday, August 25, 2020 the prescriptions were faxed over from the doctors office at 8:50 in the morning and the quoted time for pick up was 9:30 AM. When I arrived at the pharmacy at 9:30 AM they told me the prescriptions were not ready, finally at 11:00 AM the prescriptions were ready. Two hours and 10 minutes to fill three prescriptions is completely unacceptable.nnThen on August 26, 2020 at 6:10 PM I arrive at the CVS located in Hudson MA again to pick up prescriptions for my disabled mother, at which time Deborah the pharmacy technician greeted me at the drive-through I provided the name and date of birth. She told me they were two prescriptions and she would be right back. She came back with the two prescriptions gave me the total at which time I handed her through the drive-through drawer a $100 bill. She said she was not sure she had changed she had to check the front, when she returned she put the change in the bag proceeded to just throw the bag in the drive-through drawer slammed open the drive-through drawer and walked away. No thank you no have a nice day not even asking if I had questions for the pharmacist. Since when has this become the normal for CVS?nnIn the last six months this location has gone so far downhill. The unprofessionalism of the staff and pharmacists needs to be corrected and some training on customer service skills needs to be completed.nnIf Walgreens or Walmart pharmacies had the medication on hand and did not have to order them I would definitely be bringing my business to one of those places.

this is a visually clean& organized cvs but the employees dont be covering their coughs & its rona virus. that’s mad disrespectful.

All the pharmacy techs from Noah, to Krystal, to Barbara, all of them are extremely polite and very efficient. I've never had a single complaint with them in 4 years!

The cashiers and managers are inept. I attempted using two coupons together, which they stated I can use together. They couldn't figure out how to process both coupons after stating that I could use both coupons. Instead of offering me the discount anyway as a courtesy, they argued that there's nothing they can do. Complete waste of time. Horrible customer service. Beware!

Long lines at the Pharmacy, you wait at least 30 mins. For 1 prescription. Staff as a rude ud83dude21 probably because they are over worked and Underpaid. Prices are high and they Waste Paper, check out the receipt they give you is a yard long and useless coupons. Good luck and bring a snack or better yet bring a meal.
