This hut could use an upgrade, but the people that work there make up for that, happy, friendly, and smiles all around. Food is great and prices are very reasonable. Love this hut.

Ordered for Contact Free Pickup and waited outside for over 15 minutes before walking in. The gal who greeted me seemed surprised that I walked in and admitted that she hadn't even checked outside yet even though no one else was there waiting. The fellas in the kitchen were discussing how neither of them planned on staying until the end of their shift. I will be going to the location on Memorial Drive after this experience. It is further away from where I live but at least the staff is professional.

I always order from this location. The last time I had planned on choosing delivery because I wasn't feeling too well and really didn't want to cook, but they were closed for delivery for some reason. I imagine a driver called off, who knows. It was quite disappointing.

I mean it's Pizza hut, come on what else do you really need to know. The two pizzas I ordered were done in 15 minutes and when I picked them up they were piping hot and made exactly the way I asked for. I got two large pizzas with three toppings plus extra cheese for about 12 or $13 less than I would have got a single Pizza of lesser value delivered to me by one of the competitors. Pizza hut was always a childhood favorite from many people and as an adult the allure still seems to draw us in. Pizza hut might not be able to build you a home or fix your car but they can for dang sure make you a good pizza. ud83cudf55 ud83cudf55 ud83cudf55 ud83cudf55

Pretty disappointed with the service here. My order has been wrong before and there is apparently no delivery driver until 4pm. They supposedly called and left voicemails cancelling our order but did not receive them. Very poor customer service.
