Anyone else awaiting a refund from 2020 Covid issues? It has been months and they are no longer returning my emails or calls. I'd like a repayment schedule a call, an email, something. This company offers a great service to our community I would like their accounting dept to do the same.
We did the 2 day NYC trip. Bus and hotel were clean and very nice. The bus driver and host were wonderful! They gave us a lot of great info for our trip into the city. So affordable and took the stress out of figuring out where to stay and how to get there. Highly recommend!
Probably the worst “cab company” out there, they’re a tour bus agency with the taxi service as a side gig. Can’t EVER get anything because you have to schedule the cab service I guess. And when you ask if they have anything available they are rude like you’re inconveniencing them. I’d give them 0 stars if it was possible
We booked the fun bus for a NYC trip. It was a great experience and the staff was amazing. The hotel we stayed in was clean and comfortable, they gave us all kinds of great tips and information about the city. Over all they made you feel very welcome and took the stress out of the whole trip! I would do it all over again!
This company was great to deal with! The trip was fun and well organized! I will totally use them again and reccomend others booking with them as well!! The bus and hotel were both nice and the people running everything were very kind and helpful!! Great time and memories made!!
