I love Grammas, period. When I order, the food is always hot, fresh, and good. Not once have they messed up my order. However some staff are not friendly over the phone. Sometimes that comes with the territory and I can set it aside because it doesn't affect the outcome of my order.

We didn't get our garlic cheese bread. We ordered 2 orders of fries and only got one and an onion ring. We got a steak hoagie we didn't order either

Ordered a large cheese pizza and an order of fries at 4:16pm. At 5:10 I called to check to see when it was going to be delivered was told I was the next out and it hadn’t been a hour yet. Well then at 5:56 I called again and asked where my order was and the manager on the phone was shocked it had not been delivered. After about 5 minutes on the phone she informed me the driver had my order. And that they were super busy and this is why it takes almost 2 hours of waiting to still not receive my order. I said I wanted to cancel my order and the manager was ok with this and hung up without even an apology for the inconvenience. This is why I have stopped eating at grammas for the last year the staff there has zero customer service skills. I’d give zero stars if I could.

I have been eating here since I was a child and the quality of the food has never changed. I love the small business family environment. I also love that the delivery man knows my family by name. I order from the amelia location atleast once a week due to my family loving pizza. My whole family loves this establishment. Phone manners could be better but there phone always rings so I can understand not liking the phone. Great job amelia ohio grammas pizza you make your community proud.
