I am still waiting for my car being repaired, but so far so good. The service rep was professional and just called with an update. They took me in on short notice (called them and dropped it off yesterday morning.) They started the repair today and as mentioned, called with an update. I should get the car back end of day tomorrow (a major component being replaced,) but the experience so far has been great! I expect no less for the entire repair. If things go as planned, my positive review ends here. If any issue arises, I'll be back to update, but so far this dealer experience is excellent!nUpdate: The above repair ended excellent. When I went to get the car, they also performed a factory check/recall on my door locks (which were not required to be replaced.) I didn't even have to ask, they did it on their own. Great service experience!

I’m very disappointed with the Service Dept.nI feel like they took advantage of a woman!!!nA friend came in with an obvious battery problem by description.nMost places test the battery and charging system for FREE.nAs a matter of fact Colonial tested it earlier in the summer at No Charge!!nToday she received a New Battery at a very good price!!nMy problem is they charged her $10 less in Labor!!!n$125 to check a charging system!!!nWow!!!!nI bet she could have found 10 places around town that would’ve done it for FREE!!!nI hope you folks at Colonial look this Customer up and REFUND her at least $100!!!nOtherwise I feel you take advantage of woman customers!!!nDo the right thing and I will change my review to reflect just that???

Incredibly expensive to replace the radio ($1300). My car was also returned to me with the remote starter not working. Wish they had been more thorough.

Very happy with the service Steve Huges provided. He was helpful and courteous during the whole process. We purchased a 2020 F150 with specific wants which he tracked down for us.
