Got my first late-year and self-titled car here and they helped me through everything and were very patient with me even when I had no clue what I was doing at first. They spent a little over a week dealing with me and they were kind throughout. They even ordered a missing accessory for me without charging me after I already got the car. I recommend these guys highly if you want a nice used car in good condition that is actually reasonably affordable!

I had a great experience buying a car from Blake at Automax. The car was listed for a good price and I was able to setup a test drive easily. They provided me a reasonable price for my trade and were very low pressure during the whole process. I was able to do 90% of the deal via text with Blake. The only issues I had were having to wait quite a while for a finance person to finalize the deal and the $600 doc fees they charge. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Automax to a friend.

Had great experience with the salesman Murilo.nFor the second time I bought another car from them. After I got the ok to drive off from the dealership in marlborough the car needed a lot of work within 2000 miles . They have the car serviced so they said but I ended up spending a lot of money on repairs such as brakes ,rotors,shocks,tires ,sensors all services that it takes a while before it starts showing wear and tear .nOverall Great experience buying the car but terrible experience on trust as they said THE CAR CAR IT IS READY AND SERVICED.

Our first family car! We drove 45 mins just to get the specific car we wanted for our family. CHRIS from Automax Marlborough helped us a lot during the process. It was not a straightforward purchase because we just moved to the US and we had to manage some processes differently but they were patient with us and guided us in every step! They are best in customer service, quick to respond on calls and texts. Even until now, after months since we bought the car, when I have things that I’m unfamiliar with- they are just one text away! Great customer services can make a lot of difference and the car is great. We are enjoying it and soon we are planning a long drive. I’m sure it’s going to be exciting!

I had the pleasure of working with Chris, he was awesome and able to get me under where I wanted to be for my payments in buying a car. I also noticed some minor scratches, etc and he had no problem agreeing to fix anything prior to picking up the car. I was in and out in a couple hours. Everyone was very nice and helpful, the whole experience was easy.
