Insane experience. I wasn't sure I wanted to write this review but I haven't seen any other reviews about the situation. I ordered online for pickup, drove to the store, and called the number and was put on hold for 15 min. Then rerouted to the store, which hung up on me. I got out of the car and walked in and waited 45 minutes for the manager of the store to acknowledge me, which was terrifying because she was screaming at everyone in the store the whole time, completely unhinged. Occasionally she would start yelling at customers about the wait, complain about PH corporate, or walk behind the the register to the kitchen, stand over her employees, and whisper threats in their ears as they worked. (DURING COVID).nnWe all have bad days but abusing customers and employees and screaming at everyone in an unhinged way, in all completely unacceptable. Some woman in front of me actually started filming the whole thing on her phone, which was a wild moment to capture. Seemed so surreal.

You can never go wrong with pizza, but the Hut has never been my top choice for pie. The store isn't bad, it is clean and (depending on the day/shift), the employees are decent and service is average.

I called after 10:00 and was disappointed to hear about the fact that there was no driver. So I thought ahh why not and kinda kidding, kinda not, asked if I could get a discount for coming to get it myself. Kandi told me that sure she would be happy to help. So I placed my order, which she reviewed my past order and seen I had ordered a chicken BBQ pizza. I was impressed with this and agreed to order that again. I then asked if I could get deep dish pizza stuffed crust. Again was disappointed to find out no, but was going to move on when Kandi then offered to make it special for me and just charge me extra for the cheese. I was 100% pleased with this and agreed to that as well. I then asked what other kinds of treats are available and the menu was well known and I decided on the apple pies. Overall a fantastic experience and I will be returning. Not only for the food, but for her service too. I am a customer service manager myself and she did fantastic. The tone was great, the attitude was great, the pleasing of my late night shift at work hunger was great. Thank you.

No idea why after using this particular location for the past month for delivery. They all of a sudden can no longer deliver due to now only using doordash. Why you would even hurt your customer base like this is beyond me. Guess the donatos across the street getting my business from now on.
