Well, even if you are polite, they will refuse to refund your money after you cancel because they are over 30 minutes late from they time that THEY give you for delivery. They will also inform you that it isn't their fault that their Pizza Hut app has not been updated with a correct time estimate. They will also tell you it isn't their fault that THEY CHOSE to use Door Dash rather than their own drives like they used to do. I refused delivery and the Door Dasher tossed it on the porch and refused to take it back. No, I didn't eat it. It was cold, but the manager told me it was hot. She also lied and tried to claim that delivery wasn't guaranteed until after 2:00 p.m. I ordered at 12:27 and cancelled it at 1:30 (that is over an hour late!). The pizza was to arrive, according to the Pizza Hut app at 12:57, but actually got here at about 1:10 or 1:15.nnNow I have to deal with my credit card company in order to make sure that they don't get their money. It isn't the $25.00, it is the way they treat you that is so disgusting. Stay away, from this Pizza Hut on Tylersville Rd. in West Chester, Ohio.

My son ordered a Large Pan Pizza & 2 Liter, and after paying cash the store was closed when he returned. Phone transferring to someone willing to take order, but not able to do anything about the situation. Only thing that they could offer was to send the call to a store that was close with no one inside to answer. Order was due for pick at 3:08p and doors were locked when he arrived at 3:12p. This location needs to be closed. They have poor customer service and very bad look for Yum Brands.

We used to go there all the time unti I ordered by phone asking for current specials. She said none. We got a large pizza anyway $22!! With the pizza came a list of specials that included exactly what we ordered $10. I emailed corporate twice and got autp response. Nothing more. No one cares that we got over double charged. With a pizza place on every corner we never have to go back. ENJOY MY $12

Don’t waste your time! Got there 20 mins after promised time and was told 20 more mins. This is after we scheduled it for curbside but had to go in because the store wasn’t answering their phone. After seeing no workers wearing any gloves or any precautions I cancelled order and went to Dominos.

I had ordered 2 pizzas from this location and I was told it was going to be a 45-50 minute wait to be delivered. I had called back after an hour and they said it was out for delivery and to call back in 10 minutes. I gave them a chance and waited 30 minutes I called back again and they said they had no order under my name and that no one had placed an order for that number. I am extremely disappointed in this location, and will not be ordering from here ever again. I have kids to feed and waited 3 hours for nothing to be delivered. Very poor job Pizza Hut.
