Upon making an appointment for diagnosing a well known GM transmission issue I expected push back from the service team, as others GM vehicle owners (w/same issue) have varying results mostly dissatisfaction. I can say the service Writer and Technician were both informative and professional in handling my vehicles issue with good results as of this email

My husband and I went in to purchase a vehicle last week and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. There was never any pressure from the salesman (Skip) or the Sales Manager (Paul). We got a vehicle at a great price and were given a fair amount for our trade. As a former dealership employee I will say that they are probably one of the most customer friendly dealerships around.

I recently purchased a new 2019 GMC Acadia. This vehicle was a late delivery to the dealership from the factory. I did not have the time to talk to anyone at length about the discounted price but I did speak to Skip Heroux Sales Representative and asked him IF the discounted price was “real” or one of these gimmicks that you can only get the discount if you meet all types of conditions. He took one of his business cards and told me how the discount was calculated and said that If I wanted to buy the car that the beginning price would be the discounted price that he wrote on his business card. Several days later My wife and I had a formal appointment with Skip and he honored the discounted price that he had given to me several days earlier. There was NO fuzzy math, NO attempts to add dealer installed options, NO wear you down marathon, just plain honest talk. The whole deal was done in less than one hour.nnWe were also pleased with both Skip and Paul Puccio in valuing our trade-in and the closing was just as smooth. There were NO attempts to add or sell “specific paint protection” or “etching”. The deal was just as we had agreed to.nnWe also had the opportunity to meet Paul Cabral the Service Manager. We were extremely impressed with his commitment to excellent customer service and he personally made sure that our vehicle was in perfect condition

We had an exceptional experience at Tucks. Our sales guy Skip could not have been any easier to work with. If you are looking for a no pressure truck purchase this is your place. Paul is the business manager and dis the financing, he went above and beyond to get us the best deal. 10/10 we will be back here.

Paul and Michael are top notch guys. From the moment I walked in, to the delivery of my new truck, these guys were awesome. They had the exact truck I wanted, and honored the qoute that was previously given through email. No hassle, no problems. Everyone there is very friendly and approachable. Upon delivery, even the recon guy walked over and said hi and congratulated me on my new truck and said how nice it is.nOverall, I'm extremely happy with Tuck's Trucks. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever!!!!
