If you want to learn and achieve gains from a great staff within a welcoming crossfit community, then Crossfit Cornerstone is your place.
Dropping in for a week, I was able to see that this box is top notch; it is very clean, very nice and very welcoming. There are a few different workouts within the day depending on the type of workout you are looking for. And the coaches are all good in making sure you have good form to become better athletes. Sad to leave this box. Definitely will stop back by in the future!
Amazing staff and gym! Very thorough with their initial fitness assessment and with their daily WODs. Somehow they make pain fun! I highly recommend Cornerstone!
Great CrossFit gym and community. I used to drop in here when I lived out of town and now happy to call it my home box after moving near by.nnCornerstone has more space than most boxes I've dropped in at, more and better equipment, professional programming and engaging coaches.nnPlus this place just got more awesome with new owners who are immersed in community and dedicated to fitness and experience of the members.nn5 stars isn't enough!
