Outstanding customer service...they always make you feel welcome.
Christin's hip hop class great and she brings great energy.
Always a great time and a great workout at CycleBar in Liberty Township. The instructors are top notch, and the facility feels more like a private club than a spin class. Every experience level is welcome. They take great care of you, and make sure you max out the time you have to workout. If you’ve never been, don’t hesitate.
Nice facility and instructors are great. Good luck getting someone to answer questions. You have to time it in between classes. I believe front desk staff are the instructors. Expensive but worth the money if this is your gig.
Purchased a groupon that was 5 rides for $40. It doesn't just automatically transfer over. There is some sort of order number that you show and then that specific location can add to your account. Contacted them several times through emails and Facebook messenger with the purchase confirmation. Kept being told the credits were applied and they never were. Then the owners just stopped answering my emails. There were classes I was trying to sign up for online and had no credits to use. Bottom line is that I lost my credits because the groupon is only good for 90 days. Anyway, this is bad business and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
