Pendleton Pilates

I have attended the spin studio at Pendleton Pilates in Liberty Township for many years. Jill is a great instructor and all of the personnel at the location are helpful and friendly. The bikes are well maintained and make for a great ride!

This establishment should not be in business and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It's run out of a garage and they make you spend a portion of your class setting up and cleaning the equipment before and after the class. That means each class is cut that much shorter while you clean. They lore you in with these fancy deals but then they don't answer their phones or call you back when you leave a message. I finally had to call and talk to another Pendleton location who gave me someone's cell phone number. Not only was the Cincinnati location very pleasant but they always answered their phones. I wish I could go there instead but it is simply too far. Anyway, after leaving several voice mails on the cell phone over the length of a week, I finally got someone to call me back TWO WEEKS from the last voicemail. She just gave me someone else's cell phone number to call. Also, heaven forbid something happen like you get pregnant or have an injury after you purchase a class package. They told me it was unsafe for me to take the class while pregnant but they would revoke the expiration date. After I had the baby and healed enough to work out they told me that I lost all my money but would be more than glad to charge me for another packet. I know a business's purpose is to make money but charging people and not doing your job properly is not the way to earn money. They've officially lost my business but they have my money so they really don't care.
