I went in to get my taxes done pretty late in the season couple of weeks before the taxes are due. During my visit, I was advised to file for an extension due to lack of time. I was told that they will be contacting me after the tax season. I have sent emails asking when I will be able to meet with them again, but have not received any answer back. The last I have heard from them was on April 14th and we are in July now.nI know I went in really late in the season, but I find it very unprofessional to have no communication. As far as I know they could never come back from the extended vacation. I would go seek another service but they have all of my documents. I tried calling them but the message box is full. So I tried texting to the cell number which was provided on the message noting that it is strictly for texting only and for emergency purposes. I have not heard back yet.nAll I am looking for is some kind of communication.
