Don't even bother to call them!nI wanted to install a new thermostat and it needed a c-wire. I asked three company to do an estimate. Yorktown Electric was one of them. They were the worst company I ever encountered. Two of their men came and I told them what I wanted them to do, but none of them even understood what c-wire was. They looked around for about 10 minutes or so (just looking and that was it), they told me that they had to drill holes from the outside and it could take lots of damages. They then left and told me that they would send me their estimate in mail. Their proposal is the worst and the most expensive among the three, of course I refused theirs. Later they sent me invoices asking me to pay for the estimate with ridiculous charges, and kept sending it over and over. One of them is was above 200 dollar. None of the other two companies charged me for an estimate.nThe worst experience I ever had.
