I bought a travel trailer from Tom as part my move to California during the midst of the COVID lockdown. Tom’s honesty and transparency was a stark contrast from what I had experienced with other dealers. At first, I wasn’t interested in the trailer, but, when I called two weeks later after I had changed my mind, he remembered everything about my situation and what I was looking for. I was most impressed by how he went the extra mile to make sure my young family and I would be safe going across the country, helping me think through everything I needed to (even if it didn’t benefit him financially). If you can, buy from Tom. His character tips the scales his way between him and any other dealer.
No pressure car buying. Very helpful and they go above and beyond to assist you.
The whole staff was friendly and helpful, but not pushy, as the other reviews I read said. Prices are reasonable and fair. There was a minor issue with the vehicle I purchased, and they fixed it cheerfully and at my convenience. I will definitely refer others and go back next time I or anyone in my family needs a car.
