The gentleman we spoke to was very rude highly disrespectful very unprofessional I have dealt with these people twice since I have been in Massachusetts and both times very horrible service.

The only way this business and website would be better would be if the user could simply put in their license number and have their excise taxes made available in a list with the option to select which taxes to pay.
