They told me they couldn’t complete my service and said I would get a refund. After they brought my skis out they became defensive and refused to give me a refund because of of the time they spent. The guy who worked on my skis was rude whereas some of the other employees were nice. All in all I wouldn’t recommend them nor ever give them my service again, it’s a shame they treat customers like that

Rude and wouldn’t refund me, lost a reoccurring customer today over a $20 binding adjustment. The guy who worked on my skis said “it’s not my fault it didn’t work” and wouldn’t pay me back. Wouldn’t recommend.

This place is great. Everyone who works there is so helpful. Sharon and Eben are always willing to help out when I need assistance. They even let me take some tennis rackets home to try during covid to decide which one I wanted to purchase. I highly recommend.

Amazingly helpful staff, helped our family of four all get fitted, including distracting the kids with search and find, and stickers s a reward.Great gear recommendations, not pushy at all.

Best ski shop I know of the area. I go there for my tennis rackets and stringing.
