Winter Bear Montessori School

I highly recommend Winter Bear Montessori School. Both of my children graduated from Winter Bear and both went on to be valedictorian of their high school. One went on to study engineering and the other is going into the medical field. Winter Bear helped to establish an amazing academic and social foundation for both of my children!

As Director and Head teacher at Winter Bear I would like to comment on the parent who left us a terrible review. What he failed to mention was that his child had serious emotional disabilities and we were not part of this child's IEP. We made tremendous strides with this young boy and this particular parent raved about our school to everyone- This boy loved coming to Winter Bear everyday where he was loved and respected and limits were set around him.nWhen several serious behaviors erupted such as flailing tantrums, throwing chairs and spitting at an assistant's face we decided it best for the safety of all involved that WB was not the place for him. It's unfortunate and we can only wish the best for this little guy.
