On a Saturday evening, 10 degrees outside, we experienced a serious electrical problem which warranted us turning off all breakers. Scott returned our emergency call and talked us through restoring limiter power, but no water (well with pump) and no furnace. On Sunday morning Scott helped us systematically restoring our 120 service, then our 240 service and isolating the faulty breaker/line. We lost a TV, microwave, toaster, two power strips, and a light bulb. Scott was terrific in supporting us without even coming out on a very cold winter night.
