Had an issue that required an adjustment to the intake/exhaust pipe locations for a newish heating system installed by JSP. The office was very responsive and a technician was scheduled very quickly.nRichard Ronda visited, recognized the issue and came up with a great solution. Next day he was back to make the adjustments and actually improved on his previous plan. An excellent, well thought out and executed solution. He also kept me informed along the way and, when done, reviewed the new layout. Much appreciated.nJackie, the in-the-office go-to person, provided great support, advice and communication. This has been true of all my several encounters with her.nnHats off to the JSP team!

The guys were extremely nice. They did a great job cleaning up there mess. They were very polite. They rechecked thing's more then once to make sure it was done right I am very satisfied. Thank you JSP.nnAs y'all can see I have already wrote a review about JSP but the guy that came today November 13th 2020 was absolutely amazing his name is Brandon (Expert #6) he was very patient. He was an all around nice guy he is polite. He made sure that everything was good and explained everything to me he answered all my questions. Thank you Brandon it was a pleasure working with you and Thank You JSP. Also I would like to add that the people who answer the phones at JSP they are very very nice as well Thanks again JSP. I recommend JSP. Once again I am very satisfied.

It's always a pleasure to have the JSP pros in the house. The electrician who did our work, Steve was professional, courteous and flexible. The work is top notch, with real and honest advice about what needs to be fixed. He spotted and let us know about a potentially dangerous wiring issue with our dryer and gave me detailed information on how to alert the provider. He even gave me a lesson on how electricity works, when i asked him to explain something to me. Ten out of ten, very happy with JSP, and very happy with Steve. Thanks Steve!

Had excellent diagnosis and advice from technician Ernest Williams who came to install our new washer and dryer. All new piping for hot/cold water and drainage to septic tank was required and done with great professionalism. In the process Ernie checked the septic tank with his camera to check drainage outflow and make recommendations for further examination of the septic field down below. Feel a very complete inspection was done above and beyond the main reason for his visit, the washer/installation. Clearly exceeded our expectations for job!nnHighly recommend JSP Home Services for all plumbing/electrical work (the later performed by Rene Stahel the week before to connect the dryer and washer via new outlets to the electrical board.

Bryan K came by on a weekend day to inspect some concerns we had on a smell coming from our air vents. He was quick and professional. He gave us multiple options for fixes including temporary to more permanent options. We were very pleased with his help!
