This happen a few years ago but it is still worth mentioning because CVS never apologized for their mistake. I have a twin brother and unbeknownst to us, CVS started applying my health insurance towards my brother and his medications. This was going on for about a year before I noticed, looking through my online CVS account history, that my insurance was paying for someone else's medications. Initially I didn't know that the pay outs were for my brother's meds so I contacted CVS. Instead of apologizing, the pharmacist accused me of wrongdoing. Then after figuring out my brother's unknowing involvement, I contacted them again but this time the pharmacist accused my brother of wrongdoing. It was an unbelievable experience.

No helpfulness to customers, had to order my son's meds, on a Tuesday, on sat they finally told me they didn't know when they would have it, which left me with 1 pill. Went to Saugerties Pharmacy, they had it by 915 Mon morning. Too big, you're only a number

Went today for my flu shot and was “helped” by an incredibly hostile and nasty woman who made my experience unpleasant to say the least . These are difficult times for everybody; I don’t need to get aggravated going to a pharmacy!
