Pharmacy is always over whelmed and unorganized. Communication between staff members seems nonexistent. Recently had to change pharmacy’s just to receive proper service.

They don't answer the phone. In the time of social distancing, they expect you to physically go to pharmacy with any questions. Not very well managed. They've always been great but this crisis is not bringing out the best in people.

Best CVS..... In the village. Easily accessible. And the greatest employees. Both in the store and the pharmacy. And this is one of the only CVS's I have ever known to not close earlier on the weekend! I love it's open til 10:00 p.m every day!

Terrible service! The pharmacist does not answer the phone I called multiple times and placed on hold for hours. They do not want to work. Uncooperative and unreliable

Versus the CVS in midtown Manhattan, the Rhinebeck store is always well-stocked. Similarly, great people work in both locations. Love the savings with many coupons offered at point of sale and through the mail.
