Pure trash. The place is dirty. No customer service and don’t bother bringing your own ball most don’t return

Okay. Fun time with friends. Lots of issues with the lanes

This establishment is beyond run down and outdated. From the overly stained and dirty carpet to the horrendous smell that lingers in the air. The website prices don’t match what you’re charged. The arcade games are all broken (with no sign or notice posted); and at least three lanes are always out of order with no intent of repair. The owner/manager is the most unprofessional person ever. If you try to address an issue with him he makes an excuse as to why it’s broken, or just ignores you. So if you have nothing else to do and you need to regret your life choices somewhere then the Bowl-O-Drome might be the place for you. But if you expect DECENT customer service, working/well maintained lanes, and overall good atmosphere don’t come here!

The owner didn't care that the jukebox was playing explicit lyrics - he blamed it on the jukebox company and said he had no control. Well I called them also and they only supply the machine it is the owners responsibility to add any filters that they want. The place is extremely dirty and nasty as well. Don't bring your kids here. It is definitely not a family place.
