My coworkers and I ordered $70 worth of food for lunch. On the grinders that were ordered it was barely any meat and no flavor. The other food that we ordered wasn't the greatest either. Definitely don't recommend ordering from this place . This was our first and last time. We would have been better off eating the dollar bills instead of the food that we received. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you prefer to eat a lot of lettuce in a rock hard piece of bread.

Went there to pick up Pizza and was served by a guy wearing a Trump shirt and no mask. Definitely won't be going back. My kids are OK with the pizza and it's close to my house but there's plenty of other places. Antonios is best, but that's Easthampton, so Pizza Amore downtown Northampton will probably have to do.

This place is genuinely good. Hands down it’s the best pizza in Florence. They’re also nice and have good deals. Idk why it doesn’t have ratings to reflect all of that. Go there and eat their pizza so they stay open and there is at least one reliably good pizza place in Florence forever!

I ordered a vegetable grinder and it was incorrect when I picked it up. They were kind enough to deliver me another one; however the order was still incorrect. That aside I have a much bigger issue the delivery driver screamed at me and swore at me. Working in the service industry myself and knowing how important tips are I had tip money in my hand (after already tipping when I picked up my order). He was too busy on the phone and tossing my sandwich at me to see the money I had in my hand and stormed off screaming about people not tipping. He was calling me names, swearing, and screaming at me so aggressively I was shaking. I have been ordering from here for years and I will never be ordering from here again.
