I have used Hubbard for many years and always found their service of high quality and fairly priced. They recently moved to a system to charge by the task or item repaired rather time + materials. For a recent visit that required two hours on site and about $240 in parts (that one can readily find on the web) the bill was $630, with an additional charge for travel to the job. So inquire about pricing before engaging

Great bunch of people. Really efficient, kind and clean. They did a great job, and came back to fix issues with no problems. I highly recommend Hubbard. BTW they replaced our boiler.

We just purchased a home with a fuel oil furnace and Hubbard Heating & Plumbing was recommended to me by a few people. I called to inquire about what annual service looked like and was emailed a complete checklist of what would be inspected and serviced along with the estimated price. When Chad came out to complete the service, he was on time and friendly. After everything he went over his findings and gave me some good advice. Overall great experience and happy with the outcome.

I can't say enough good things about this company. After 1.5 years in our home we had no heat or hot water in the middle of January. Gave Hubbard a call on a whim. All techs were busy so the owner, Chad, came out within the hour. After a series of checks he diagnosed some serious safety and efficiency issues with our tankless boiler, which were caused by the previous owners of our home, and which were not even caught by our home inspector. Chad was very polite, kind, patient with my many questions, and took the time to explain everything in detail to make sure I understood. He offered to refer us to other contractors for a second opinion, as well. He provided very powerful space heaters to keep us warm in the time being. The next morning we got a quote for a new boiler and structural improvements on the previous job including an appropriately sized gas line and improved ventilation system. The price they provided was fair considering the complexity of the job, and Chad was honest when I had questions about what was quoted. We were able to schedule the job for the next day. Chad and Dale came out and worked quickly and efficiently, identifying and fixing several other issues along the way. They even discovered a leak in our propane tank valve, saving us many precious dollars in the future. We had heat and hot water by that evening. Their work is professional, neat, and most importantly our family is safe now. Ginny in the office is also very helpful, efficient, and courteous. The whole team made a very stressful time a little easier. We hope to be longtime customers of Hubbard Heating & Plumbing.
