Great campground in the heart of NY wine country. Open in the winter which is a huge plus. Very nice owners. Thank you

Campground itself is not amazing facilities wise but the super friendly owners make up for the experience enough to warrant 5 stars. Pool is small and salt water but does the job on a hot day. Water quality not great at 350ppm TDS. Electrical not fused correctly but didn't have an issue on my stay. Cheap and convenient RV storage. Nice views of lake from the top of hill. Liked that there were kids playgrounds at various spots on the campground for convenience.

This is a REALLY nice campground. The sites are large and spaced nicely. The grounds are SPOTLESS. At first we didn't understand why there were no trees UNTIL we stood up at the top of the hill and could see Cayuga Lake in the distance! We enjoyed our stay, we would stay there again.

Great little campground that is growing. Salt water pool, tent sites, cabins and full electric/water sites. Love the regulars and enjoy meeting new people here. Owner operated, so there is always a loving and warm welcoming at this camp ground.

Large park with overnight sites and long term. It is very dusty with gravel interior roads. Our site was fairly new with large gravel that was soft due to rain. We left some pretty significant “dents” from the levelers. It was a long site with a gravel spot on the side for the car. It was somewhat level but not a problem for the auto levelers even with boards down. Sites are nearby with a strip of grass between so there is no privacy. Quiet at night and busy during the day with lots of people coming and going. Satellite worked great in our site and Verizon was 4g 2 bars. The WII FI didn’t work so we used our phone hot spots. Trash cans and recycling overflowing on a Sunday afternoon. The new laundry had a funky aroma and an almost full trash can – kind of smelled like a dirty diaper and maybe it was! The staff is very responsive. We encountered electrical issues on a Sunday, and they worked for 2 hours to resolve the problem. It’s challenging to get to this park with narrow, bumpy roads and bridges with low weight tolerances. Spouse says no on returning but love the proximity to wineries, Ithaca, Watkins Glen and Corning. We shall see!
