It was our first time using a storage facility and CubeSmart was an option that was highly recommended to us in our search. When we visited the facility, it was obvious why it was a good option. The storage facility was clean and organized in a manner that made our experience seamless. The cherry on top was the exceptional customer service from staff members like Sharisse, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explanation all the features and options for the storage unit that best fit our needs. We felt welcomed and were impressed by the focus on the customer that the team at CubeSmart places. Glad we made the choice to go with them!
The customer service, it is beyond exceptional! The ambiance is spectacular, and the staff is great! Especially Kivon and Reese! They know their job very well, they explain everything, and they’re such down to earth people. The only thing I would say that needs to improve is the bathroom, but nothing too much to complain about.
Sharisse has been phenomenal with assisting me on getting my storage set! Definitely come to CubeSmart for storage purposes. Clean, secured and climate controlled. So dope!!!
Sharisse is a sweet and very attentive attendant. Amazing place, very clean, new, safe .... I’m very happy with my choice !
Cube smart was great! I was able to use their van free of cost, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the storage unit was clean, and I was able to use a moving van and driver for two hours at not cost. Altogether it was a great experience and I highly recommend using CubeSmart!
