Excellent experience at extra space storage. I was assisted by Amy and she was marvelous. She helped me secure my locker and even helped me carry my belongings to the locker when I moved in. Such an amazing and carrying individual!nnI would add that we have customer bathrooms available to make it easier for us as we unpack and situate ourselves. Besides that, I love this place?

I could not leave a better review for this Extra Space location. The staff was so helpful when I got my storage unit last year and they have continued to be helpful and kind. At one point, my auto pay stopped working (because I got a new card) and I missed several of their calls. When I finally spoke with them about 30 days later, they were still so kind and understand and then helped me update the payment info.nnMy unit is air conditioned and I never had an issue with smells or bugs. The whole building is so well kept. I love that they have parking and that they have an indoor loading bay for when you’re moving in/out. This was so great on days when it was really hot or when it was raining.

As a shy person , Yesenia made being at extra space storage welcoming. She was so accommodating as well! When placing the order online I wasn’t aware of the kind of space I’d be getting and she was kind enough to show us different units before switching mine to one I preferred.nOverall it was great for the long time I had to stay there putting stuff awayn10/10 for customer service

I have experienced other storage facilities in the last decade and have seen other locations and other vendors. I have been with Extra Space Storage at the Crescent St location for several years now and I can’t say enough about the organization, maintenance, cleanliness, and level of customer service I have received from the staff, especially Rod, the onsite representative.nRod always goes above and beyond to address my needs with a friendly and caring attitude. I had a billing issue recently and it was addressed promptly by him. When the situation needed further attention, Eric, from the regional corporate office contacted me and handled it with great professionalism. I was impressed by the level of sincere care and personal attention they both showed regarding my matter. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work!

This location is absolutely amazing !! Every time I walk through the doors the service is excellent. I’m very thankful for both Eric’s this evening who went above and beyond to help me with a difficult situation when I needed to get a new lock for my unit.nnI look forward to continuing business with this location. They make me feel at ease, and give me peace of mind while I come in and take care of what I need. I would highly recommend choosing this location for your storage needs.
