This is my first time using a storage space. In this specific Cube Smart they treat you with respect and the staff is very helpful. I have been in this location over a 1 year and I feel very confident and safe using their premises. The staff is excellent, they provide an Excellent customer service! They always greet you with a smile, they are always very helpful and considerate. I feel very confident recommending this Cube Smart location.
Ms Stacy & the entire staff is everything, super helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. Definitely makes your visit less stressful and more comfortable. I’ve felt with a few storage companies in my life time & I must say this staff is the best. Thank you
I never rented storage before so was ready for a ruthless experience but Stacy & Pearl made the experience sooo wonderful. Stacy went out her way to make sure we got a tour & knew how everything worked. Their energy was amazing so warm & inviting.
The young lady was very helpful and very polite and kind And she took the time to explain everything to me. And I hope with this she get the recognition for being a good employee especially since she stayed After the time she needed to. Where as anyone else would have Told me to come back tomorrow. I've never rented a self storage unit and was very skeptical on renting one.nI reserved a unit on a Friday night.nThe following Saturday morning I received a confirmation call from Stacey who greeted me warmly and with a wonderful, helpful disposition to confirm my arrival to the Jamaica facility.nOnce I arrived early that afternoon, she again greeted me warmly, introduced me to Pearl her colleague who was just as nice.nShe then took me to the storage unit for my approval or disapproval.nNeedless to say, I approved.nThe two floors of the facility which I toured were very clean.nOnce I approved it Stacey took the time and wrote down in detail my two options for renting the unit which helped me fully understand their offers and made my decision easy.nI am more than happy with the great customer service Stacey provided as well as the location and cleanliness.nShould you have any concerns do yourself a favor and call Stacey or Pearl at this facility.nI assure you, you'll be happy you did.
