It is a great facility with kind and helpful staff from the receivers of my call to reserve and rent a unit, to the people in the physical office who are kind, courteous and helpful as well in the services they provide. Great quality climate controlled units with 24 hour access to the units, and a bathroom in the office.(bathroom only accessible during office hours) Also they sell locks for the units if you don't already have one, and it looks like they sell other goods and services too but I'm not sure. I rent a climate controlled 5x5x8 unit.
Love this place. No one bothers me, no calls no emails, as long as you pay them on time you will never hear from them which is great. But one time I did leave my keys in the lock when going on vacation, and staff was super awesome in locking my space, taking my keys, securing them behind the front desk, and calling me about it. They held on to my keys for 3 weeks until I returned, and the only joke they made was about how pointless spares are if you're going to lose them both. Lol. So thank you to the staff, keep up the good work.
Super friendly staff. Very clean facility. Overall I am very happy with Storage Post of Ozone Park.
Do not go to this business they’re so disrespectful !nManagement is the worst they will sign your signature for you without telling you anything which is considered fraud they always have an attitude for everything
I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and organized the building was. Customer service over the phone, and the young lady at the front desk were very friendly and very helpful throughout my check-in process. I was very happy at how clean my storage unit was. I'm glad I went with Storage Post, and even happier they're not far from where I live. Thanks you guys!
