I went on April 8th. Erica helped me and immediately greeted me as I walked in the doors. I was happy to see Covid protocols being followed as well. The facility is very clean. Erica took the time to answer all of my questions and she helped me to understand the ins and outs of storing with Safeguard as a first-timer. She went through my contract very thoroughly and she was happy to show me how to safely use the ladder. Erica's customer service made me feel safe and comfortable with choosing this Safeguard Self Storage location for my storing needs.

I have to say Erica is outstanding when it comes to customer service. I wish other companies would hire staff the way safeguard does. I called to ask a few questions and she took her time with me on the phone. Thank you again.

I had an amazing experience today renting a storage unit. Erica has been very attentive to my needs while renting a unit. I came to see a storage unit 6 months ago and she took her time explain the process just as she did today. She remembered who I was which made me feel right at home. I am so glad to have rented a unit through her. She made this experience extremely memorable. My Mother passed away unexpectedly this year. While dealing with that, I also had to deal with clearing out her place and taking items I still had there. I needed a place to store my keepsakes but I had never used a storage facility before. When I went to Safeguard I met Erica McPhatter. She walked me through the entire process, showed me different unit options and gave me a great deal. She is caring and outstanding to work with.
