The place is relatively clean and organized and if it matters they have a loading doc and enough parking, the prices are not cheap but are comparable to other storage places. They have a lot of choices from small to very big rooms and they also have outdoor storage for easy access for commercial use. the only real complaint I have is that for some reason The gate access code they gave me sometimes didnt work. I had to bring this to their attention several times but I guess its a glitch in the system. One time i couldn't get through the gate and the office was closed, I called the number and it seemed like it was forwarded to the managers cellphone and she was nice enough to provide me with what seems like her or maybe employee entry code.
Friendly customer service on the phone and at the front desk. Clean and secure facility. Convenient location.
This is by far the most professional storage facility we've encountered. The staff is courteous, they gave us a tour and showed us our storage space. We would definitely recommend this facility. They explain everything in great detail. The storage has ramps, an elevator, push karts, they even have temporary locks if you don't have one until you bring yours. Thank you Treasure Island for being so accomodating.
I had relocated New York and I needed a Storage Unit to store my stuff as I was looking for a bigger house to accommodate all my belongings. I must say the experience from Treasure Island beginning to end was awesome and absolutely amazing. I wish there were more people out there like them.
I Love the employees at the liberty treasure storage in Queens. They are the most pleasant people in the world. They made me feel so comfortable and please to trust them with my personal belonging. I will and always refer all my friends and Family. The storage units were clean and always smell good.
