Just rented a unit at the Astoria, NY facility.nVery good first impressions.nModern, clean, well lit and secure facility with digital entry capabilities.nPolite & very helpful employees who will go the extra mile to serve the customers’ needs.nA great experience and a better way of doing things that is so much needed in the storage sector.nCongratulations to all involved in making this work so well! I hope that they keep up the good work.

Awesome staff! Dwayne, Tracy and Christopher (curly haired guy) Kindness is consistent with all staff members. All are awesome to deal with. They listen and care about your experience with them. The facility is safe and your property is well protected.

After over 2 years renting with Prime, most of the time 3 units at the same time, they proved have no consideration for the client at all.nAfter a verbal agreement, I came to the storage to move my items out. I organized myself, I got people to help me, I rented a truck, when I got to the storage I was locked out, my unit wasn’t available to be accessed and all my belongs were retrieved.nWhen I tried to talk with the person who works at the reception, he yelled at me saying that “doesn’t matter what you have spoken or who you have spoken with, your lease is late and if you don’t pay for it now you won’t have access to any unit”.nBesides the disrespect with the client who has been a on-time payment client always, the inability to think was the most impressive.nIf the rent payment is due upfront, on March 03 (when all happened) I should be paying for the month of March. Since I was moving out, I agreed to pay the FULL MONTH on March 05 as a notice fee. Even though they locked me out on the 3rd accusing me of no payment.nSo their word doesn’t count, their agreement is just correct if it is for their on benefits and the client doesn’t deserve any respect or fair treatment,nThey are all about money. And I’m not even talking about when I was locked inside of the storage and had there was no assistant of até can’t to help me out. I had to call the police to be allow to get out of the place.nThey have no sense of humanity or respect.

The staff here is great. Kelvin and Sid were very helpful and got us set up with a unit. The building itself seems fairly new and has a lot of cool tech feature which you can access through your phone.
