The facility was always clean, well lit and felt safe. Front desk is always responsive and helpful. I have had some above expected experiences.Price is just right. I was looking for a storage around here and went to a location before Cube Smart by mistake. They were so complicated. I found CubeSmart simple. I got there, talked to someone in the office, asked the options and price, and that was it. He walked me to show me a unit and I said okay. I parked the car in the garage, everything was simple. Open gate with a code, use a cart they have for transportation, put my staff there, locked (I had to buy a lock), and went home. That simple. The space I picked was the smaller one (I only have a couple of boxes) but even being the cheapest, the storage was flawless, with climatization on the unit, perfect. The previous location started saying buts when I asked the small space they have... I received a login in and password and now I can manage my account via web. I am happy with CubeSmart
The place was great! clean, easy very well organized. The Staff was great, very helpfull and understanding.
