Exceptional service! This Clutter location has great workers that help clients through every step. The customer service is great, making customers like myself, feel awesome working with this team and continuing my business with this establishment. Santos, the manager at this location, was great hand. He assisted my friend and I with everything. His charismatic attitude and funny jokes, made this experience easier for us. His communication with the details of the storage unit was clear, attentive and understanding. Thank you to this great staff, it is highly appreciated!
Amazing can't compliment them enough! Henry & Madeline must be secret octopuses or something, not only do they keep that place IMMACULATE!! Let me repeat again so you understand this place is SUPER IMMACULATE!! They are always helping someone at the front desk, fixing displays, wiping things down or vacuuming! It's truly impressive! Henry and Madeline need to be promoted to regional management because they always seem to have the right answers and are always on point with a smile even if you don't like the answers from corporate! I absolutely love their attitudes towards service and have already told several friends that they wanna go there for storage! I'm moving in Saturday and can't wait to say Hi to my new friends! I really hope more people rave about them as much as I am - honestly they deserve the praise - especially at a time when so many people don't like there job, you can see how much they love it! They are amazing employees that managed to create a warm welcoming atmosphere in a cold warehouse! Thank you guys for all the work you put in day to day - I'm sure we stories (people who store) can be quite coo coo from time to time! At least I know I am - lol
Best place to store your stuff in NYC for a reasonable price! I did a lot of research before picking Clutter and Santos, the manager, is one of the main reasons why I picked Clutter. From the first moment I met him, he was welcoming, informative and helpful. I stored all my belongings for 11 months while being abroad, and I was never once worried. The storage is in a convenient location and it’s very clean and tidy.nnI want to give a special shout out to Santos because he is an incredible person and manager. He has gone above and beyond to help me, and I’m very thankful to have met him. His team, Madeline, Henry and Daniel are also very nice and helpful.
