Public Storage. Well I went there today for boxes for an upcoming move, because of familiarity quite frankly. I had stored with them in the recent past, and was rather pleased overall. While there may be slightly cheaper storage facilities in the area, going the extra mile at Public Storage will always ensure top-notch quality, simplicity, and convenience should you commit.
The staff are wonderful and are a pleasure to deal with. They are friendly, very professional, efficient, and very helpful.nnThey also keep the place clean and well organized. Gissele, Beth, Jasmine, and the others were very helpful. When I needed a different unit they took care of it immediately and in a very friendly and cheerful manner.
Jasmine was excellent! She was friendly and beyond helpful in helping me get the correct space since I had reserved one that wouldn't work for me initially. Site was clean and easily accessible.
My roommate and I arrived towards the end of the day with no reservation. Phil was able to help us quickly process a new rental and then actually stayed late with us while we moved into our unit. It was a great customer service experience - we would have been toast without his help. The facility also has a gate for security and a loading dock you can back a UHAUL up to that makes unloading very easy. Parking lot/loading area would get crowded quickly if numerous people were doing full move ins/outs. Thanks again Phil!
Sam was amazing and helped me out with my move at some point my unit didn’t adapt to my needs and she was able to help me right away to get something perfect while respecting my original rate.nnI mentioned to Phil that I could give her 5 stars I would and he showed me how!nnThank you all!
