The Richard Arkwright School

My elementary school. I had a great experience here. The auditorium still looks like a early continental courtroom from Philadelphia. I just wish they didn't build over most of the schoolyard. The school yard is where many of us New Yorkers build character.

I have experienced and observed Mr. Filippi being been the best teacher, and the best assistant principal. Your community is lucky to have him. His dedication and love for children is absolutely amazing. He was AP at my child's school and many many children and teachers and even parents cried when he left. He was the joy of the school. Give it time and I'm sure you guys will agree also. I wish you all good luck.

This school is getting better, the acting principal is great. Like all schools education starts at home and the parents play a major rule in their children's education. Teachers here are veterans so expect professionalism.

Great school, the staff is awesome, very dedicated. Only if the phone was not busy the whole day, they need more phone lines.

My son love this school, PreK last years and now kindergarten he always like it. Thanks to everyone, especially to Mrs Carullo, Mrs Bonetti (PreK) and Mrs Zachary, Mrs Alegre (kindergarten)
