Riverton Street Charter School

This school is amazing.. love the fact that they have a middle school, so I don't have to worry about school for my kid until high school. The teachers are wonderful as well. Dean Hardy and Principal Whitehurst are god sent!

My daughter has been a Riverton Street Scholar since the school first opened back in 2010. The school was very structured, attentive to the needs of kids as well as the parents and had high morales for the scholars. It seems as if the school has made a tremendous change ever since Mr. Kennedy has left. This school will never be the same. It's like they'll just hire any and everyone to educate our children.

This school is horrible!nJust because a school has a good curriculum or mission statement doesnt mean that the teachers and administrators are nurturing or trained to work around school aged children. Idk who hires some of these people but most of them need to be fired. My child deserves the best and will not be attending this “charter school”

Poorly run corporate school. Started the year of teaching, and realized quickly that this school was poorly run. Students have too much power. They had no interest in pushing themselves. They hire parents to work in the school, and they pressure teachers and there's favoritism. This is more of a corporation than a school. It was miserable, and I'm happy that I left. I feel bad for the teachers who remain.,

My children love it here and the teacher are loving they give their best to the students.
